When enough material is gathered it will be arranged in a proper order but for now we will just post items as received. The reason for doing this
is that we expect articles, stories and photos to come to our attention over a long period of time and we want to share this with you now.
We begin with four old photos that a friend of a friend of Phil Guay gave him recently. This friend doesn't even live in the park so many of you
who have been residents for a long time probably have some interesting items.
Welcome to our website. Ocean Breeze Park is a 55+ mobile home community located on the Indian River in Florida's Treasure Coast.
You may click on the
Show Map link at the left to see exactly where we are. We are located in the town of Ocean Breeze Park which is in Martin
County.
The residents recently purchased the park to insure their destiny and not be forced to move as developers buy up land and build condos. A
co-operative was formed and shares sold to those who wanted to be part owners and have a voice in the operation of the park.
You still may choose to own your home but rent the lot it sits on as most mobile home parks do but you have the knowledge that at Ocean
Breeze Park the owners will not be selling to developers causing you
to move. There are many homes for rent if you choose not to own it
yourself. Also there are many sites available for RV hookup. These are available weekly, monthly and yearly.
We enjoy one of the lowest electric utility rates in the state. A shopping plaza is located next door with fine shops such as a Publix Supermarket,
Dunkin' Donuts, several restaurants, a laundromat and much more.
We invite you to call our office for information. The phone number is (772) 334-2494. We hope to hear from you and welcome you to our friendly
community and join in our many activities or just relax in peaceful solitude.
