Don't Just TALK-THE-TALK, Now It's Time To WALK-THE-WALK
At every Board Meeting we hear from residents about what they would like to see done (or not done) here in the Park. Some ideas are very good,
some not, some are implemented, some aren't. Would you like to know more about the process? Do you want to improve our neighborhood? Now
is your chance to really get involved in the important decisions that face us all every day. Go to the Park Office and say you want to be an active
member of our community and sign up for one of the following committees.

BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE, COMMUNICATION COMMITTEE, ENTERTAINMENT COMMITTEE, FINANCIAL STRATEGIC COMMITTEE,
GRANT PLANNING COMMITTEE, MARKETING COMMITTEE
and the MOBILE HOME PREPARATION COMMITTEE.

Board Elections To Be Held On March 19th
To be able to run and/or vote, as well as even attend the election, you must be a shareholder.
You must also be a shareholder in good standing and not delinquent in your payments unless you
have an agreement with the office. Thirdly, you must have paid all DOC stamps and attorney fees
and have your RP (black) sticker. Otherwise you can't run, vote or even attend. Only one vote per
share. If someone owns two shares, they may vote twice.
To run, you must have your resume given to the secretary (Sandy Kilmer) no fewer than 40 days
prior to the election which means Sandy must have it by February 8.
Once the Second Notice of Election goes out (Feb 10), each shareholder will receive in that
packet resumes of all those who are running, along with a Proxy Certificate (if they choose
another person to vote for them), the voting certificate, instructions, a small white envelope and a
larger envelope for their ballot.
The doors to Hoke Hall will open at 12:30 that day.  Shareholders will be checked in by the people at the door.  Promptly at 2:00 PM, the doors
will be locked and no one will be admitted.
